I will stop shopping at any brands that use Evri as their courier. Evri has 100% stolen or lost my parcel, and other stories can’t do anything about it “we like to give our couriers some time”. Yeah ok ignore the paying customer and support the dysfunctional delivery company that repetitively steal and loose packages.ASOS were able to investigate the issue within 2 days and if Evri didn’t respond, they said they’ll resend me my order. What a shame that other stories can’t offer that level of service. This was my last time ever shopping with you. Hope using evri is worth losing customers.
