My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. First, my order was delayed, and I wanted to cancel it as I didn’t want to wait over two weeks for delivery. However, I was told cancellations are only allowed same day as you put the order, so you dont have a choice but to wait for a super late delivery even if it takes two weeks you are not allowed to cancel. After inquiring about the delay, I received the order a few days later, but the quality was far below my expectations, so I returned it.Now, over four weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received my refund. I was told a week ago that I should expect it within 3–5 days, but nothing has happened.It’s been a painful lesson: sometimes it’s better to shop locally or support smaller businesses rather than dealing with the bigger ones.
