& Other Stories really needs to stop using Evri because it is AWFUL and I regularly have problems with them.I recently made a large order that never arrived despite having been marked delivered, and after 3 weeks was found to have been returned to Stories. I did get the money back but it was a pretty unsatisfactory outcome nonetheless. The customer service employee I spoke to online did not really speak English.Secondly any order from them takes 7-10 BUSINESS days to arrive which is 2 weeks and an absurd length of time to wait.Finally, while some of their clothes are nice quality, many are cheaply made/ poor quality and it is overall pretty overpriced.
