The floor is absolutely beautiful and was a great price for engineered flooring. What I really wanted to add though was how friendly & helpful they were at stories, which was appreciated after another nearby shop had been rude & dismissive. Adey answered all of our questions and helped us take home some samples & then once we had decided he put a quote together for us. The whole process was so smooth and the delivery was arranged quickly. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
