Brilliant experience with stories flooring from start to finish. In particular Chris Ashcroft, who was brilliant in answering all my questions and helping me with my purchase. As soon as my order was placed I had a phone call to arrange delivery on a day of my choosing, and the pallet delivery driver was very friendly and patient considering I am on a main road and it was rush hour. The flooring was exactly what I wanted and honestly, I struggled to find the particular style and finish anywhere else, I 100% recommend!
