Shocking customer service and poor delivery times with incomplete orders. I ordered quite a large selection before Christmas 2025 for a family member. All items were shown as in-stock on their website. I received an email a few days later saying they were sending out a partial order due to some flags being out of stock but that they would send these within two weeks. I am still missing items in late February 2026!!! This is now 2 months late and although I email them and also request communication through the form on their website they are not reaching out. I made a second order in late January for extra items and in the hope that the poor service had been a once off. 1 month later and only a partial order has turned up AGAIN! No communication from them this time either. I have checked my spam folders and there have been no responses.
