Used this company for many orders but my latest experience has been awful, received flags that were engraved wrongly, one totally missing. Contacted Storyteller via their website, which is very antiquated. Had no response. Sent a second enquiry, where I was asked to provide details again. Still no flags arrived. Contacted Bhav Patel, the company’s Founder, via email on numerous occasions to be told of the numerous errors their end and promises of the missing flags that would be sent to me. Was even told I would receive a refund. This issue has been going on since 3 June 2025 and to date, still no flags or refund - absolutely shocking customer service - will not be using this diabolical company again.
