I had similar case to nick below. Ordered 2 x glass on 5 Feb, confirmation email on 8 Feb. Noted poor delivery details (delivered by ‘Others’). Rang and emailed for more details. No reply. Googled 16 digit tracking number and matched it to Hermes but 10 days later tracking details reflected not collected. Threatened company with police action by email and then 2 days later 1 of 2 ordered delivered.
