Wrong item received, Stoveglass-Direct ignore customer calls and emails

I ordered a side glass for my Flavel Emberglow Classic BF fire on 1st February 2022. Size required by me was 290mm x 106mm. I selected this size, ordered and paid. I received an email acknowledgement stating 5 to 7 days delivery, this is due to seasonal delays and covid.. I received the item on 12th February 2022. The item was poorly packaged but found in good condition. Upon opening, I have received an item of 490mm x 265mm. I have emailed and called to no avail. This is unprofessional, impolite, and diplays blatant disrespect for the customer.
