As other reviews, took two weeks to arrive, not the 3-5 days as advertised, no reply to emails or phone calls, not able to use stove in this time. Gave up waiting after 10 days and ordered from somewhere else who sent it next day with free seal. Stove glass-direct ignored requests for refunds, but magically sent glass after refunds demanded. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. In the end I now have two pieces of replacement glass, as attempting to send back to Stock glass-direct would be further pointless endeavour. Avoid them at all costs.
