I ordered replacement stove glass on the 9th December. Two weeks later no product received and no communication from the company. I phoned and left a message (23rd Dec) but received no response. I did wonder if it was a seasonal problem and that they were simply inundated with orders. I then looked at the reviews out of curiosity and began to think that I too had been conned. I intended to put on a bad review after Christmas...... Out of the blue on the 29th the stove glass arrived, fitted easily and perfectly and we have enjoyed our wonderful multi fuel burner ever since. Thank you Stoveglass for eventually coming up with the goods. A little brushing up on the communication element of your business would have enabled me to give more stars. Caz
