Much the same story as the rest of the reviews. Ordered the glass, got a few emails including a Hermes tracking number. Tracking constantly said Expecting Parcel. Emailed and rang with no reply to email and phone going straight to answer phone. Looked at these reviews which made me feel a right tool! I rang my bank, who were brilliant, and informed me that under the financial code (that Stoveglass_direct signed up to) I have 125 days to claim a refund if I don't receive my goods. So they refunded me and said that Stoveglass-direct now have to dispute the claim (good luck with that). Its a shame because if the company said that there were delays or something I would have waited.
