I am having the same problem as others. Ordered some stove glass on 15th Feb. Got an e mail on 16th saying it had been despatched. Since then, nothing. They don't answer message or the phone. I will try and get a charge back via my bank. In the meantime I'd advise everyone not to touch this company with a bargepole.Update: Today the glass I received was delivered, more than two weeks after the promised delivery date. The company never responded to any of my e mails or answered the phone. They just appear to be totally incompetent.
