Ordered a piece of replacement glass Thursday 30th Jan and received 2 emails, one from him and one from PayPal to say it had been dispatched. Nothing received Monday, Tuesday....... emailed and rang countless times. When phone was eventually answered, first time my husband was told his internet was ‘down’ so couldn’t check his orders? then when I rang I was told glass cutting machine was ‘down’ and emails re dispatch we’re computer generated (how with no internet?!) Rang again Wednesday 5th then Thursday 6th and he assured it was in first class post that day... 1 whole week later!Rang again friday 7th... definitely dispatched but 1st class may take 2 days. Fortunately, received this morning before the storms hit ... but sealed packaging says ‘stovecare products’ ... surely if he is cutting glass himself then it would be printed with ‘stoveglass direct’🤔Would definitely not recommend as first class clearly means at least 9 days and could have bough from elsewhere much quicker !Wish I’d seen these reviews first
