Ordered replacement stove glass based on recommendations from others who had good experiences. Unfortunately, my experience was quite different. I paid for special delivery, but the glass took three days to arrive, requiring me to intercept it at the sorting office to get it a day earlier than expected. Not ideal in freezing temperatures when a stove is your only heating source. I requested a refund for the high delivery cost, and while the first representative was pleasant, I was mistakenly copied on a rude message from someone else, presumably a manager, regarding my refund. This incident reflects the unprofessionalism of the company. If this is how they treat customers, they don't deserve your business. Look elsewhere; there are many other suppliers online.
