Excellent customer service! I was interested in a sold out model and asked when it would be available again. Peter let me know it would be in a few months, but a few days later messaged me that it'll actually come in earlier than expected and I could preorder it now. I preordered and realized weeks later I'd rather have a different (in stock) model, so they let me pay the difference and I received my bag within 5 days of placing the new order. The bag itself (Curve bag in black/silver hardware) is beautifully made and wonderfully slouchy. The leather feels and smells great!
