Purchased 2 titanium cutting boards. Decided to return them and contacted customer service for return instructions. Answered all their questions but never got an answer back. Total of 12 emails sent and was totally ignored. I was straightforward with them and they totally ghosted me even though I was being nice about the whole issue.
