I returned a pair of gloves on October 20th, but the case had a broken zipper and the sizing was inaccurate (I saved a picture). I sent it back on November 10th, and it was delivered on November 15th according to tracking. It’s been over 10 business days as per their policy, yet I still haven't received my refund. It’s incredibly frustrating that the company isn’t adhering to its own refund timelines. I’ve sent numerous emails and attempted to reach out through their online chat (since there’s no phone support), but my messages have been ignored. This situation is unacceptable as they have the returned item and are withholding my money. I just want my full refund since I returned it within the 30-day window. They need to be held accountable for this behavior. Update 1: Your claims are false. You are the ones withholding refunds for defective items. I returned an item in October, and you intentionally chose not to refund me due to previous errors on your part. Refusing to issue a refund after receiving the item back is unacceptable and appears to be theft. There’s no reason for you to deny my refund. Your practices are disgraceful, and I will continue to speak out until there’s a change in management. You wonder why I need to file a chargeback — it’s because you are the ones scamming customers. Regardless of your policies, once an item is returned in the same condition within 30 days, a refund should be issued. Your excuses for not refunding only highlight your unethical practices. You have no right to refuse a refund once an item is back with you. Your company and policies seem to be a scam, and I will pursue this matter until it’s resolved. Under no circumstances should you deny a refund. You are the ones committing the wrongdoing here.
