Bought my partners fave shoes for the holidays. They were too big and defective. The black dye from strings had bled onto the white faux leather. Took a month for them to receive shoes back and “process” the return for exchange credit and still wanted me to pay for the shipping. Wrote them on chat and never received a response. My partner is super bummed he still has not received these. Tried to order a smaller size today and pay for shipping, which is ridiculous, but the site is not working and won’t process order:( There is no number to call and their chat is down on weekends. What a rubbish company!!! Can’t get his replacement shoes ordered, or a response or my money back. Do not recommend.
