Every single time I purchase, the product as well as customer service are flawless! The team is constantly listening to their customers, making changes & creating awesome products! I have been supporting this brand since they first came out & they were a complete game changer for me! I never take my kindle anywhere without my straps- there is nothing to compare this to! I would give 6 stars if I could! ⭐️ if any of these negative reviews are deterring you from purchasing this company, don’t!
