On occasion, an agency might deliver (#2) offer design and (#3) offer communication - what we see with Mad Men (the TV show), but that doesn’t happen too much today with smaller agencies. But they could help achieve our goal of positioning the brand as delivering the experience of the open road. This is a different product than what was previously a discount motorcycle rental company. I believe this is a unique and differentiated level of capability for a smaller agency such as StratDev.
