I have used this service for almost 3 years. Over the last 2 weeks I received at least 20+ messages pushing me to write a review and why was so hard for me to do so.
Through the years, the service had ups and downs. Lately the servers are working ok, but now they force you to use a specific App to connect and you don’t get access credentials anymore, they set the server for you and if you want to use it on other device or while travelling, you can’t unless you first buy the specific app they ask you to use and you ask them to configure the Server on the new Device. So, you are bound to use the service only on the devices they allow you too and you don’t get your own credentials.
Multiple times the server happens not to work at the time you need it and by the time you get to connect to them and get the service working, the event you wanted to watch is probably over.
They offered a referral service but then they forced me to renew another year of payment before granting the extra months of service they promised for the referral even when my current payment was still 3+ months of payments left in the account.
The service is good to stream movies and tv shows and catalog is generally ok, but no Crave shows and live TV can go either way, not 100% reliable.
Otherwise, 200 EUR/year if you’re ok with the finicky challenges here and there and the occasional 20+ messages of “why is it so hard for your to write us a review when we respond your messages about technical issues?” (Yes apparently responding and fixing issues in a provided service is a favour)…
