Archie catered for a 130 person high profile event last week where we wanted to serve premium quality espresso martinis, made with the quality ingredients, however didn’t have sufficient time or space to make them during the event. Following a memorable taste test, Archie catered perfectly to our needs, not only supplying martini glasses, but also providing the espresso martinis in half filled bottles so they could be shaken directly from the walk in freezer and served up in seconds. 8 staff shook, poured and served 130 martinis in <5 minutes! They tasted delicious and all guests were thrilled. With the added benefit of delivery and collection, Archie couldn’t have made the process easier or product more perfect for us.
