This is my first weighted vest. It’s a significant upgrade from the backpack I was using. Here are three things I hadn’t thought about before buying: - the vest can be quite warm - for weighted push-ups, it touches the ground - it’s heavy, making it challenging to lift over my head to wear. Still giving 5 stars because these aspects are typical for a weighted vest.
