I ordered a 20 kg weight vest with delivery time of 1-3 business days. The seller accepted the order and sent me payment instructions. Right after the payment succeeded the ordered item turned out to be out of stock. I asked many times about expected delivery time but I didn't get the answer. Asked for alternatives I've been waiting for 10 days to see pictures of alternative item but they didn't come and I didn't get any response at all until I insisted for it repeatedly. Instead of offering me a discount the seller offered me to cancel the order. I ended up reminding the seller about delivery of an alternative item almost daily. I have to admit that the items look exceptional good, but is it worth the hassle? The great items they have definitely deserve better customer service.
