We were informed just one day before moving in that the property had unresolved electrical safety issues and that our move-in had to be postponed. This was extremely unprofessional, especially considering that we had already provided all references, signed the rental agreement, and paid the holding deposit.After few days, we were informed that property is no longer available.We have since learned that others have had similar experiences with this property, which is concerning.In the future, please ensure that all necessary checks and documentation are completed well in advance of the agreed move-in date to avoid wasting tenants’ time and causing unnecessary stress.
