My wife and I had already packed, taken time off work, and even removed our names from our previous accommodation. The lack of communication, last-minute cancellation, and poor handling of the situation caused significant stress and inconvenience.I would advise others to be cautious and ensure they receive a fully signed contract and clear confirmation before making any commitments.
