Prompt reply on required transmission, price quote and shipment. Once the transmission was received at the installer I was given a date by the installer as to when to bring it in which was 2 weeks to the day it was received. I was concerned as the core shipment was supposed to be shipped 2 weeks f/ receipt so called CS and spoke w/ Alex and explained the situation as I didn't want to be charged $750 and he said he make a note of the schedule conflict. Overall impressed w/ Street Smart Transmission. Going today to pickup the vehicle and hoping everything is ok.
