This course is very comprehensive; you will gain a lot of knowledge, and the success is not easily achieved, even for those with some prior experience. I opted for the ‘online only’ route, which requires self-discipline and additional self-help, but assistance was available when needed. I also suggest considering the in-person final assessment, as it provides a valuable learning experience. As a performance coach, I appreciated the flexibility and practicality regarding individual differences in lifting techniques. Overall, I gained a lot and found the balance of learning, time, effort, and reward to be just right - highly recommended. Thank you!
