L4 S&C Certificate - I really enjoyed the mixed delivery aspect of this course, that I could do the core learning at home and then go to the workshop weekend to consolidate my learning through practical application. Being able to learn at my own speed really suited my needs as I didn't have specific times or periods to regularly dedicate to study. This meant that there was no pressure if studying had to take a back seat for a few weeks when work or life got busy, but SCE would drop me a timely email to offer support if I hadn't logged in for a while, which really helped me get back on task. The content of the course is a great next step for any L3 PT looking to learn about S&C giving a deeper look into some of the aspects covered in the PT course and then getting you to apply these in the case study and practical assessments.It's not just a paper exercise, you need to do the work and SCE will support you to do this so that you come out of this course a better coach ready to deliver S&C training to your clients better than you could beforehand.Chris, who delivers the in-person coaching and assessing is so knowledgeable and approachable. He really made the difference to what I took away from the course, make sure you sign up to do these as part of the course as they really do make a difference compared to online-only learning.
