A well structured Course that enabled me to develop the skills, knowledge and most importantly confidence in taking an athlete through their journey of strengthening and conditioning their body to help them to reduce chances of injury and improve performance in their chosen sport. The course covers science and theory as well as providing you with tools to assess functional movement - the face to face workshops enable you to learn from other students on the course as well as highly skilled, professional tutors.The combination of E-learning alongside face to face workshops allowed me to learn at my own pace.The Course is a great addition to my current skill set of Sports Massage Therapy and Teaching Yoga.
