The chair and the dealer are great

The chair and the dealer are great. Unfortunately, Stressless doesn't care about customer service or replacing a defective chair in a timely manner. Their response to my email was that it's the responsibility of the dealer to handle problems. Per the dealer, there isn't even tracking on the shipment of a replacement. Meanwhile I'm sitting in a $130 chair from Amazon.
