I have had issues with my Stressless suite which I purchased in November 2021. These items cost in excess of £7000.00 and whilst the settee has been completed after a saga regarding wrong items being sent and this in the end took over 6 week’s to resolve.Whilst Stressless asked me to send them details of the chair issue with the which I did over 5 weeks ago they have not even had the courtesy to acknowledge my email. I did initially go via the company where I purchased the suite but was informed “ 1 year guarantee” and after they contacted Stressless they were not interested and didn’t have the decency to contact me personally.This is terrible customer service and whilst I was an avid supporter of this company, I am afraid they have lost their way.The quality is no longer there and it seem to me that they are living on the reputation that they had prior to selling out. Don’t waste your money for the overpriced, poor quality it now is.
