I really love & appreciation the community app for Stretch Pilates. It is wonderful to see all the ladies their journeys and their encouraging post. I was quite nervous about starting this program, I haven’t exercised regularly in about 5 years. I was diagnosed with Sjogrens disease a little over a year ago and it has been stealing all my energy, with extreme fatigue. Which then affects my emotions. The doctors suggestion “get some physical activity, push through the fatigue when you can” So I’m so happy about this program. I thought of trying to join a Pilates gym in my area, but they are just too expensive. I have just finished the first 7 days of the 30 dat challenge. And even in just the 1st week I feel a little more engery. So proud of myself. Thank you for this program.
