BUYER BEWARE The 2 stars is for the bar itself - it's ok. WARNING: Fraud, Bad Customer service The "30 day free access" starts when you order - not when your bar arrives Took 6 weeks for my bar to arrive. (4.5 weeks longer then the promised delivery window)They had already charged me a subscription fee for a service i could not even use! (useless without the bar!)Asked for a refund on the subscription fee and reinstatement of the free trial period - No they can't do thatAsked that the subscription be cancelled - They told me done2 months later, still getting charged a monthly fee & forced to get the bank involved. The bar itself is ok, i've used better bars but no amount of quality can make up for bad customer service and fraudulently charging my card.
