I ordered my stretched fusion bar on 5/2/25, it is now 5/17/25 and I still do not have my product. I waited over a week before I tried to contact them for an order update and even though I have sent them numerous emails, I have received only one response which stated that they "would look into it". I also reached out to them via their website, and the response that I received had the exact same tracking information that i had provided to them that stated that my order was "undeliverable" in Colorado which is stupid since I live in Idaho. I have never received any actual help or information from their customer support staff.
