I just received my pilates bar a day ago. The package that it arrived in was damaged. The bar had dents and bends on the metal as well as the rubber bands. As soon as I held it, I could tell it was cheaply made and not like the ad that was shown. The ad said it had a metal clasp when you clicked them together but it did not have this, instead, you had to screw them together. It said there were two videos that would be emailed to me but it wasn't even after I complained, they still haven't sent it to me. I mentioned there are no instructions as to how to use the bar or how to tighten it for a harder workout. I have sent photos of the bar and they say I haven't proven them what I am claiming. They just don't want to take responsibility. I am so dissapointed, I could have bought cheaper priced ones but I bought this one because they claimed it was premier. It is not premier. They claim if you are not happy after using it for a month that they will refund you. I haven't even had a chance to use it and they won't even fix this problem.
