I'd give zero stars if possible. I am hearing impaired an ordered their video. It has horrible sound quality and is uselessness me. They refuse to refund my money. Their customer service is horrible. If they don't like what you are saying, they just ghost you. They cannot be reached by phone. Avoid this company!
