Very bad customer service ... I ordered the bar, never received it and had ordered the videos to use with the bar ... so when the bar never arrived, they reimbursed the bar but not the videos which I never opened since I never received the bar .... I wouldn't trust them, just very bad customer service ....now they ignore my emails altogether. They can check and see that I never accessed the videos online ...
