The product arrived in a timely manner. The website and set up is not user-friendly. I purchased a 90 day challenge for $9.99 instead of $49.99.The communication level with the company has a lot of room of improvement needed. I emailed several times to ask how I access the 90 day challenge. Every time I got a reply when they finally did reply. It was like I was speaking to a Riddler. First they said that my membership was canceled and then they said they couldn’t refund the nine dollars, which is not what I was asking. I was asking how do I access it? So the bottom line is that it’s not user-friendly. I find the website being very clunky and confusing. Other than that, the videos are great once you find them. I will use it and hopefully I get some improvement. But Customer Service has some room for improvement.
