I ordered and received the stretch fusion bar kit on 10/12/25 and used the free 30 subscription once within the first week of receiving. I found it difficult to follow the online video instruction while laying on the floor which is certainly not the fault of Stretch Fusion. However I noticed a $19.99 charge on my debit card that I did not authorize or order on 11/11/25. Even thought I have left messages on every stretch fusion customer service asking for an explanation, refund , ect. I have received ZERO responses and have only been able to cancel the subscription THAT I DID NOT ORDER. There is NO customer service associated with Stretch Fusion and find their business practices to be completely sketchy. I REGRET giving any of my personal information including my debit card to these people.
