I love the Stretch Fusion Bar. The workouts are perfect for my busy work and life schedule. I was skeptical at first, but the resistance bands really give you a workout that you can visibly see in a short period of time. I never tried Pilates until I found this bar. I feel like this is the perfect work out for a woman my age.
