I had originally purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend and I quickly realized this was the best gift I've ever gotten for her. She absolutely loves it and says it has completely changed the way she sees fitness. We live far from the gym so its been tough for her to make time for the gym and the commute but now she can just work at the comfort of our home!
