The sales team insists that cancellations can be made anytime via the app, but that's untrue. Upon signing up, I didn’t receive the contract and had to request it multiple times. Cancelling my membership led to delays in email responses, and even after using the cancellation link, confirmation took another week or two. Additionally, using the pre-paid final visits often results in disconnections. At this rate, the service appears unsustainable.
