Ordered Christmas presents on 11th December, with the 48h shipping offered that should have been fine. Nothing turned up & having emailed them just after Christmas Adam replied & apologised & said it would be sent out the following Monday, which it was, including a little extra. This all arrived fine, however one of the original items was missing & despite several emails since have heard nothing more…it’s a shame as we really like to support small businesses but there’s no excuse for poor service
