Ordered a hoodie on the 26th October which was in stock and ready to shipPayment taken 48hr delivery tracked via Royal mail5 days later still no item, email received stating item will take 7-14 days to pick and pack (5 days after ordering)No tracking number provided, downloaded the shop App as instructed, still no tracking info provided Item claimed to be shipped but no proof of this Zero response from strictly static to my queries Still not received the item Cancelled my order and got my bank to cancel the paymentAvoid this company at all costs, plenty of reputable brands out there that deserve and want your business. Strictly static are far more interested in posting daily instagram posts than actually dealing with their customers. Awful customer service. How this business is still in operation after reading all the other reviews is concerning.
