Same as everyone else. Ordered online to not receive items within time frame stated. No replies to emails until I put in the subject "bank refund" then got a response within minutes. Ordered my items on the 13th of July. Its now the 1st of August. Today I sent the email stating I would be starting a bank refund on Friday if items weren't delivered by then. I then get a email stating the owner was on holiday, I replied saying that's fine however my comment still stands to then get a refund email which is a shame as I actually like there products and wanted them. But this shows even they know they can't hold there deadlines.Real shame as there merch is good and decent quality but this will be the last time I try ordering anything from them online. From now on I will only purchase from the stall at shows.Adam if you see this I appreciate running a buisness isn't easy but you need to focus on this as you've got a great following and great products but this is clearly an issue that's been ongoing way too long and will/if not already has will tarnish the brand
