I have placed this order in December, on Christmas day to see what their products are like as I was recommended to buy off them. It’s understandable that they were busy dealing with many orders for Christmas so I was patient. It’s currently February 11th and I have not received any information about my order, I have sent emails, filled out a contact form on their website and I even messaged the number where I received my confirmation details from and called them but it just keeps saying the number is not recognized. I’m not sure what to do now because I have spent over €100 in that order and all I want now is to get my money back, it’s really disappointing that this has happened to me and other people.
