First time ordering. Put my order in on 27th January, and I’m still yet to receive it. Emailed them twice and had absolutely no response. Terrible company. Will not be ordering from here again and will be advising people to stay away. Never been so disappointed with an online company. They’re based in the UK and so am I so there is absolutely no reason I shouldn’t have received this yet. Royal Mail supposedly been expecting the order since 9th Feb…can’t stress enough how much of a joke this whole experience has been. DO NOT USE!!!
