Ordered in December, was told to use the 'shop' app to track my parcel. Mid January the app stated my item had been delivered by royal mail 48 hour tracking but would not provide me with the tracking number. I sent 2 separate emails 10 days apart to the sellers asking for proof of tracking as it has not been recieved. Another 2 weeks went by and heard nothing back so I contacted the bank to assist in a refund. The bank provided me with my refund. A few days later I received a random tracking number from the seller, however this was just a purchased number and nothing had actually been taken to royal mail for dispatch. It's been another 10 days since and still that tracking number states the same ' that royal mail are awaiting for the parcel to be sent to them'. I'm glad I've got my refund back as it's been 2.5 months, no response from the seller and items did not arrive. So much for paying £9 for delivery and being told I would receive it in 10 working days. This company is a joke, I don't care if someone is running it solo, don't take orders that you can't keep up with. This seller spends more time uploading photos to their social media pages than considering your order. Go elsewhere.
